Entrepreneurial Small Business Camp - NCC
Students will receive 3 college credits upon completion of:

- One booster workshop, during the fall semester
- Completion of a 30 hour internship, during the fall semester
- Summer Institute Camp which will be taught and held on the NCC campus Monday, August 3, 2015 through Friday, August 7, 2015. Students will live on campus for one week while participating in the camp.
DARE TO DISCOVER Iowa 4-H Youth Conference 2015 - sponsored by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach
Any Iowa Youth who has completed 8-12th grade can attend, you do not have to be in 4-H to attend. The conference location and housing is located on the Iowa State University Campus. The conference features keynote speakers, innovative workshops, community service projects in the Ames area, dances, and games. Workshops on technology, team building, nutrition, diversity and much more will be a part of this conference. There is a fee of $175 which covers housing, meals, program costs and a t-shirt. Some counties may have an additional transportation fee. "Project Design Boot Camp" sessions will be held in June - August for students ages 9-17 wishing to explore design career options in Fashion Illustration, Couture Sewing, Graphic Design and Interior Decor. HOBY'S State Leadership Seminars empower young people to excel as leaders! Students spend three to four fun days developing the skills for effective leadership, critical thinking, goal setting and active community involvement. Through interactive workshops and team building activities, students emerge from the program with the skills and confidence to fulfill their role as leaders.
